Momentum is Building in the Media and Entertainment Group
Several members of the Marriage CoMission’s National Steering Committee have invited some key media allies to participate in a work session in Northwest Arkansas at the end of March. The meeting will take place at the Jones TV Center, where the staff has graciously offered the use of their facilities.
The goal of this meeting is to develop a media campaign strategy for the Marriage CoMission. This includes how the Marriage CoMission can serve the Marriage Movement as a whole and how to best represent the Marriage CoMission to an unfamiliar audience. Also to be addressed is how the media and messaging from this specific working group will connect and influence the other Marriage CoMission working groups. On a recent conference call, Jeff Kemp simplified the goal by saying this:
“We are working to fuel demand while building a supply chain.”
The Media and Entertainment Group is developing ways for positive marriage messages to blossom, as well as finding ways to support the other areas of the Marriage CoMission. The Marriage CoMission wants to supply city leadership with high quality media material so that more people are drawn into the marriage movement.
