In our observation, the city is the best focus for culture change. The sectors of influence and leadership in our society consistently overlap within the city.
The Marriage CoMission is about empowering city leaders and elders with the resources and relationships they need to stengthen marriages in their communities.
To do this, the Marriage CoMission is concentrating its efforts on the sectors that influence everyone's life. These are:

» Marriage Services
» Media
These groups are networking to increase participation through relationships and to develop strategies and resources for city transformation. Each area has a working group that is led by a member of the National Steering Committee.
In the Community Mobilization group, we will work to mobilize city leaders and elders to lead a marriage renaissance in their city.
In the Church group, we will work with the local churches to strengthen their involvement in city initiatives.
In the Corporate group, we will mobilize and network marriage champions among in order to strengthen corporate leadership and support for city marriage initiatives and increase the marriage services that businesses provide.
In the Marriage Services group, we will work to equip couples to build strong marriages by integrating the best marriage resources and services in city marriage initiatives.
In the Media group, we will network marriage champions in the media industry and provide pro-marriage messaging in order to win the community's vision for marriage.
